We are honoured to have Mr. Robert Kavcic, one of Canada’s leading economic strategists share his keen financial insights on the Canadian Economy, Inflation, Interest Rates, Stocks, Housing and what it all means for the Financial Markets. The Zoom meeting will have a question-and-answer segment after Robert Kavcic’s presentation where participants can speak directly with our expert.
Robert is a renowned financial expert on Canadian economic and financial trends and regularly contributes to various department publications, is a frequent commentator on economic and financial trends in the media and periodically advises Canadian policymakers on economic issues.
Robert has been with Bank of Montreal (BMO) Capital Markets since 2006. He plays a key role in analyzing economic, fiscal, and real estate trends in Canada.
Before joining BMO, Robert worked in the Research department at the Bank of Canada. Robert holds an honours bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a master’s degree in economics from Carleton University.
Robert’s collaboration with the Canadian Slovenian Chamber of Commerce can also be attributed to having Slovenian parents and a Slovenian heritage.
